How we protect your data

• Account details: full name, email address and password (your password is stored in a form that cannot be reversed).
• Profile and brand details: your business, services, target audience and any other information you share for your scripts.
• Photos and voice recordings: only the face images and (if you upload them) voice recordings that you upload yourself, processed with your explicit consent. The date you gave consent is recorded.
• Generated content: scripts, images and videos.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Your card details never reach us; we only see the payment amount, its status and your subscription details.
• Live chat: if you use the chat assistant on our site, your name, email address, company name (if provided) and messages. To prevent abuse, your IP address is stored in an irreversible (hashed) form.
• Technical data: session data and access logs kept for security purposes (IP address, browser details).

Face and voice data are processed based on your explicit consent; other data based on the performance of our contract with you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

• Infrastructure and AI service providers: server hosting, text models and web search services for script generation and the daily CEO briefing, image and video generation services and voice-over services. These providers access data only as needed to deliver the service.
• Payment provider: Dodo Payments.
• Authorities: only when legally required.

Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad. Transfers of face and voice data are based on your explicit consent.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage to keep your live chat history. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or analytics. Sample videos are shown using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie) player.

Account and content data are kept for as long as your account is open. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, everything except what we are legally required to keep (such as invoice records) is deleted within a reasonable time. For face and voice data, the deletion policy on our Permitted Avatar™ & Privacy (KVKK) page applies. Live chat records are deleted on request.

Data is stored on access-controlled servers and transferred over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is completely risk-free; if a data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within the legally required time.

Under Article 11 of Türkiye’s data protection law (KVKK) and, if you live in the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, ask for it to be corrected, deleted or transferred, object to its processing and withdraw your consent. Send your requests to info@mixamind.com; we respond within 30 days at the latest.

Our service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We announce significant changes by email or in your dashboard. The current version is always on this page.
